The Village

Extreme Baroque.”

Marina di Cala del Sole includes the villages “Federico II di Svevia” e ” Ruggero il Normanno” (in building phase at the time of writing). They are characterized by a modern way of building influenced by Sicilian Baroque architecture characteristic of the adjacent historic centre of Licata.

The architect Amedeo Strada, creator of the project, has in fact brought his long experience in the international field of the Costa Smeralda to this project along with the beauty of the Sicilian Baroque style, recreating the antique taste of the old seaside neighborhood of the city.

The plano-altimetric provision of dwellings, made up of stylish buildings with high furnishings and fittings, creates a series of cobbled streets, passable only on foot or by electric vehicles. The resulting villages feature squares, gardens a private beach and the Yacht Club with pool and spa.

The villages of Marina di Cala del Sole represent an ideal refugium for those looking for quality of life in the mild climate of Sicily in the truest and most elegant setting of a modern marina.
